Well here goes for a new adventure.... we've been here in Germany for over 4 years and I've posted a lot of stuff on Facebook but wondered if a blog would be better, so here goes.

January 2018

Cold and wet start to the year, Saturday 6th saw me attempt a 5km Parkrun; I've not run anywhere for years (except playing with Grandchildren in the park) so I didn't know how I would get on but I have to say it was quite good, 38 minutes is not something to brag about but I think I might give it another go!
